Study Finds Socio-Economic Status Has Small Impact on Education

Social and economic status has only a modest impact on student performance in Korea compared to other countries, a study has found. This means that Korean students have a better chance than many of their foreign counterparts of going to a good university even if they are not from a wealthy family that can afford to give them an expensive private education.
