The English Teacher’s Guide to Korea: Living, Working & Thriving

April 1, 2009

As well as ATEK (Association of Teachers of English in Korea) officially launching in March, they also released an excellent guide for English teachers living and working in Korea.

This book is called “The English Teacher’s Guide to Korea: Living, Working and Thriving in Korea Sparkling” has been released in both hard-copy and digial formats.  There is a wide range of topics covered, from understanding the Korean education system, living as a instructor in Korea, to Korean survival phrases and sample lesson plans.

I have included the full book below for your interest (you can click on the Scribd button on the top left to read the document full-screen).  I definitely recommend you have a good look through it.  The PDF of the book is under the creative commons license, so you can share or copy them, as long as you give attribution to the authors.
